Meet Jacqueline
The heart and hands behind Richmond House Edit

Jacqueline Croxford
For Jacqueline, organising is about far more than tidy shelves. It is about understanding how homes shape how we feel—and creating spaces that support calm, clarity and joy in everyday life.
Her journey to professional organising began after a rewarding five-year career in the NHS, where she honed the skills of active listening, empathy and genuine care that now define her work. When Jacqueline discovered the world of professional organising, she knew she had found her true calling.
She trained under Dilly Carter—star of BBC’s beloved "Sort Your Life Out"—learning industry-leading methods and refining her natural talent for creating functional, beautiful spaces. Today, as a proud member of APDO (the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers), Jacqueline brings both professional excellence and personal warmth to every project.
Living in Richmond with her husband, and as a devoted mother and grandmother, Jacqueline understands the real-world challenges of maintaining an organised home through every stage of life. This lived experience, combined with her professional training, means she approaches every client’s space with genuine understanding—never judgement.
